Originally from Venezuela, based in Barcelona, Spain, Acid Thermal has made a name for himself on the local and international scene as a visual artist and VJ, recognized for his work with different collectives and electronic music festivals and for being one of the co-founders of the pioneering audiovisual Techno podcast Hex Transmission.
Acid employs a visual translation of sound into a disruptive language, where generative art and cinematography collide to create a highly impactful visual experience.
He currently resides as VJ and audiovisual production manager at one of the most emblematic clubs in Spain, the well-known Input High Fidelity Dance Club. He also actively collaborates with various European festivals such as Duro, Matadero, Output, Ifyouknowyouknow, Mutek among others, as well as actively collaborating and producing visual content throughout the year for different labels, events and promoters internationally.
His work has also extended to the complete production, direction and editing of a wide variety of original music videos for various artists such as SLAM, SNTS, Vendex, Arweenn, Paolo Ferrara & Lorenzo Raganzini among others, revealing his vocation for the development of scripts and editing of complex video structures.
